Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the CareXCrm clinic management software ("the Service"). By submitting the sign-up form or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts and approval
- The Service is intended for healthcare providers, health tourism agencies and their authorised staff. Applications are reviewed and approved by CareXCrm; data from applications that are not approved is deleted.
- The person opening the account confirms they are authorised to bind the clinic they represent. The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of account details and the confidentiality of the password.
2. Trial, subscription and payment
- Each approved clinic receives a free trial of the announced length, starting on the approval date. No credit card is required during the trial.
- When the trial ends the account becomes read-only; data is not deleted. Once payment is received the account continues where it left off.
- The subscription fee is monthly and published on the marketing site. Payment is by bank transfer; payment details are shown in the panel. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next period.
- Paid periods are non-refundable; the account remains usable until the end of the period.
3. Acceptable use
- The Service must be used in compliance with applicable law (data protection, healthcare and advertising rules). Obtaining the notices and consents required to collect patient data is the clinic's responsibility.
- WhatsApp and Meta integrations are subject to Meta Platforms' own policies; unsolicited bulk messaging is prohibited.
- Use that endangers the security of the Service, reverse-engineers it or attempts to access another clinic's data leads to suspension of the account.
4. Data and intellectual property
- All data a clinic enters into the system belongs to the clinic. The clinic may export its data at any time.
- The software, design and brand belong to CareXCrm; the clinic receives a right of use for the duration of the subscription only.
5. Service level and liability
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available; planned maintenance is announced in advance. Nightly backups are taken.
- CareXCrm is not liable for the clinic's relationship with its patients, for medical decisions, or for outages of third-party services (Meta, e-mail providers). Liability is in any case limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
6. Termination
- A clinic may request closure of its account at any time. After closure, data is deleted following the process described on the Data Deletion page.
- CareXCrm may suspend or close an account, with prior notice, if these terms are breached.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Questions: info@carexcrm.com.
